Students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and members of the Case Study Club – part of BCA SEE: Tamara Kukić, Ana Milivojević and Nikola Černicin, win second place at the prestigious global Creative Shock competition. This event, focused on solving socially responsible business case studies, was organized by the ISM University of Management and Economics. The grand finale took place in Vilnius, Lithuania, from November 20 to 23, 2025, with the top 10 teams advancing from over 150 teams that participated in the preliminary rounds.
Throughout the final weekend, the teams worked on two challenging case studies.
The first case study was presented by the social enterprise SPEAK, which connects individuals living in foreign countries with local communities through language learning, cultural exchange, and shared experiences. The task was to design a marketing campaign aimed at attracting more local residents in Lithuania to actively participate in the integration process and cultural exchange. After this round, the top 5 teams advanced to the grand final.
The second case study came from Inovatorių Slėnis, a company dedicated to restoring cultural heritage in rural areas of Lithuania. The challenge was to improve the company’s day-to-day operations and identify additional revenue streams during the winter months, when activity in rural areas significantly declines.
We proudly congratulate our students on their remarkable achievement and wish them continued success in future competitions!
