On Monday november 8th 2021, organized by the Center for Operations Management of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce – Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, the XIII Conference of Business and Science SPIN ’21 on the topic “Industry 4.0 – Opportunities, Challenges and Solutions for the Digital Transformation of the Economy” was officially opened.
On the first day an opening ceremony was held during which the speakers were Milan Martić, PhD, dean of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Danica Lečić-Cvetković, PhD, chair of Program committee SPIN ’21, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Vidosava Džagić, assistant director, Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, Zoran Dimitrijević, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, The government of the Republic of Serbia and Miroljub Aleksić, President of the Parlament of Businesspeople, Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.
As part of the opening ceremony of SPIN ’21, after the opening welcome, introductory lectures were held by Iva Vuksanović Herceg, PhD Faculty of Ecomonics, Belgrade, Zoran Jovanović, SIEMENS Serbia and Matija Tripković, Schneider Electric Serbia.
After the opening ceremony, a round table was held on the topic “Industry 4.0 – Opportunities, Challenges and Solutions in the Economy of the Republic of Serbia”, during which representatives of the Economy and University were present. Moderators of the round table were Vidosava Džagić, assistant director, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia – Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and Danica Lečić-Cvetković, PhD, full professor, University of Belgrade – Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The round table was attended by: Sanja Bojić, PhD, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Novi Sad, Ivan Milentijević, Axiom Tech, Kragujevac, Radovan Jovanović and Đorđe Jovanović, Uniplast, Čačak, Srđan Živkov, Solfins, Belgrade, Nenad Rakočević and Nenad Diković, Nelt Group, Belgrade, Vladan Stojković, Metalac Inko, Gornji Milanovac, Jovan Mirilović, Technosoft, Bečej, Marko Tanasković, Zanus Technology, Beograd, Marijana Agić Molnar, Data Do, Belgrade, Nikola Nenadić i Vita Latinović, PygmyTITAN, Belgrade.
During the opening of the XIII Conference of Business and Science SPIN ’21, which was held in hybrid format, 50 attendees were present in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce – Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and about 50 attendees were present on-line.
The conference will continue on Tuesday 09.11.2021, when paper presentations by sections will be held online on the Teams platform.
