On Thursday, 8 December 2022, the Faculty was visited by a delegation from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rijeka, composed of Asst. Prof. Saša Čegar, PhD, Vice-Dean for Internationalization and Sustainable Development, Prof. Vesna Buterin, PhD, Vice-Dean for Cooperation with Business Community and Affairs, Asst. Prof. Ivan Gržeta, PhD, Vice-Dean for Quality Assurance and Student Affairs, Prof. Maja Grdinić, PhD, Vice-Dean for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Programs, Prof. Bojana Olgić Draženović, PhD, Prof. Jasmina Dlačić, PhD, and Asst. Prof. Josip Čičak, PhD. The visit was realized as part of the Contemporary Financial Management Conference, held from the 7th to the 10th of December in Belgrade, and organized by the Department of Financial Management and Accounting of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
Faculties have been successfully cooperating in various fields for many years. The professors from Rijeka had a meeting with the Faculty’s professors and representatives: Prof. Sandra Jednak, PhD, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, Prof. Dragana Makajić Nikolić, PhD, Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Veljko Jeremić, PhD, Vice-Dean of Research, Prof. Dušan Barać, PhD, Vice-Dean for Digital Development, Prof. Slađana Benković, PhD, and David Ković, Student Vice-Dean. At the meeting, the continuation of the cooperation between the two institutions was discussed concerning several areas: exchange of the academic staff and students of all levels of study, mutual membership in doctoral dissertation committees, reciprocity of registration fees for participation in international conferences organized by the institutions, development of joint digital services, joint application for international projects, student visits, and the like.
