The Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade (FON) has successfully received international accreditation for undergraduate academic studies for all three study programs. Accreditation was carried out by the German agency for study programs in the field of technical sciences, informatics, natural sciences and mathematics – ASIIN (Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik e.V, Deutschland – Accreditation Agency for Degree Programmes in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics e.V, Germany, http://www.asiin.de/).
This accreditation is a confirmation of international quality of study programs, which has increased the visibility and value of FON abroad, and has opened greater possibility of mobility students and graduates.
Accreditation refers to all three study programs of bachelor studies:
- Information Systems and Technologies
- Information Systems and Technologies – distance learning
- Management and organization
During the accreditation process an assessment of development, the quality of study programs, from structure to method of teaching, organization and performance of exams, staff at the Faculty, investment in faculty staff, investment in student development, transparency of work of the Faculty, as well as quality management has been done.
Two study programs of bachelor academic studies – Information Systems and Technologies and Information Systems and Technologies – distance learning, have also received the Euro-Inf stamp which testifies to the fulfillment of standards and the quality of study programs in informatics, which places them in the first study programs in Serbia that have mentioned seal.
In addition to the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, ASIIN stamps also have leading German universities, as well as faculties from Finland, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Spain, Poland and others.
