Organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, the 20th jubilee edition of the international scientific and professional conference SYMORG will be held this year, representing one of the most prominent events in the fields of management, information systems, and organizational sciences.
Over the past two decades, SYMORG has established itself as a highly relevant platform for the exchange of contemporary knowledge and best practices, bringing together distinguished academic and business professionals from both Serbia and abroad. This jubilee edition will provide an opportunity to address key trends and challenges shaping the modern business environment.
The main theme of SYMORG 2026 is: “Resilient and Intelligent Organizations in Times of Permanent Disruption.”
Through this theme, the conference will focus on contemporary business transformations, with a special emphasis on digitalization, innovation, sustainable development, and the role of management in a dynamic and increasingly complex global environment.
The conference will take place from June 10 to 12, 2026, at Hotel Grand Kopaonik, offering participants a unique setting for discussion, networking, and knowledge exchange.
