The event was opened by Prof. Dr. Sandra Jednak, Vice Dean for International Cooperation and Finance, who welcomed the attendees and expressed her gratitude to the representatives of institutions for their participation and response to the Faculty’s invitation. The Vice Dean also highlighted her satisfaction with the high level of student interest, encouraging them to take advantage of mobility opportunities during their studies and enrich their education with valuable international experience. The program was moderated by Bojana Ivanović Bovan and Nikolina Papić from the Faculty’s International Relations Office.
At the beginning of the program, professor Jednak also presented to students the activities carried out by the Faculty within the Erasmus+ project SuMoS – “Strengthening the ecosystem for sustainable student mobility.” Within this project, FOS, together with four partner universities, is working on creating better opportunities for student mobility, analyzing the current state of mobility systems and providing recommendations for improvement, developing an online tool for measuring environmental footprint to make mobility greener and more sustainable, creating a methodology for course comparison and recognition among universities, and developing a digital platform to support student mobility. This platform will facilitate access to information, application processes, and the implementation of mobility for both students and staff.

The event consisted of several segments. In the first part, presentations were delivered by representatives of institutions, foundations, cultural centers, and international organizations, who introduced the opportunities available to students. On behalf of the Tempus Foundation, Anđelka Radovanović presented the Erasmus+, CEEPUS, and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees programs, as well as the Europass platform and its tools. Representatives of the French Institute in Serbia, Ms. Sandra Elezović and Ms. Vesna Adamović, presented scholarships offered by the Government of the French Republic for studying in France. On behalf of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Ms. Danijela Esterman Pavlica and Ms. Daliborka Maldaner presented opportunities for continuing studies and professional development at German universities.

In the second part of the program, a workshop titled “How to Apply for an Erasmus+ Exchange?” was held by Ljubica Dimitrijević and Marina Jovanović from the University of Belgrade. They spoke about the MOBION platform and the application procedure for exchange programs, preparation of documentation, obtaining scholarships, and related topics. Students showed great interest in this part of the program, asking numerous questions.

During the segment dedicated to student experiences at partner universities, Vanja Obradović and Marko Babić spoke about studying at the University of Vienna. For the first time this year, students Milica Mileusnić and Milica Miladinović presented their experience at the University of Coimbra, where they were also the first students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Student Mila Mančić shared her experience and challenges of studying at VU Amsterdam, while Tara Popov presented her study experience at the University of Pisa in Italy.

Throughout the entire event, informational stands were set up in the Faculty Hall by the Tempus Foundation, the French Institute in Serbia, and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which attracted significant interest from students.
