On Wednesday, March 27th, 2019, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences organizes the 8th International Info Day. The aim of the event is to inform students of undergraduate, master and PhD studies, teachers, associates and non-teaching staff on existing exchange programs, opportunities for financing mobility, continuing studies, internships, professional development or researching abroad.
Participants of the International Info Day are representatives of foreign universities and faculties, relevant institutions, international and national organizations, cultural centers, foundations, student organizations and others.
The event is divided into three main segments:
The first one, from 10:00 to 12:00 in the amphitheater B103 the presentations of: Tempus Foundation, University of Belgrade, the German Academic Exchange Service and the French Institute in Serbia. The participants will be talking about the opportunities for going to exchange, continuing studies or training within the programs they offer.
The second segment is intended for presentations of partner universities with which the Faculty has signed Erasmus + agreements, bilateral cooperation agreements or joint projects. In this section, which will be held from 12:30 to 14:00 in the amphitheater B103, the University of Stockholm – Stockholm Business School from Sweden, University of Žilina – Faculty of Management Science and Informatics from Slovakia, and University of Zagreb – Faculty of Organization and Informatics from Croatia.
Workshop: How to apply for Erasmus+ exchange will be held from 16:00 to 18:00 in room 106. The workshop is intended for students who want to apply for an exchange via Erasmus+ program. The main goal is to better familiarize students with the basic principles of mobility, the procedure of preparing and collecting paperwork…
During the whole day of the event, from 10am to 15pm, in the hall of the Faculty will be info stands of participants where interested students will be further informed about exchange opportunities offered by the participants.
Participants:
The Tempus Foundation will present opportunities for student mobility through the Erasmus+ and Ceepus programs, continuation of studies at one of the Erasmus Mundus joint master programs and Europass documents that students can use when applying for mobility.
The University of Belgrade, International Relations Office, will present possibilities for exchanges for students, teachers and administrative staff of the University of Belgrade within the Erasmus+ mobility program. Also, representatives of the University will present the MOBION platform (http://mobion.bg.ac.rs/) for submitting the application for Erasmus+ mobility.
The French Institute in Serbia will promote studies in France and scholarships provided by the French Government.
German Academic Exchange Service – DAAD will present opportunities for studying and training in Germany.
University of Stockholm – Stockholm Business School with which the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences have signed the Interinstitutional Agreement within the Erasmus+ exchange program and within which it has so far provided several outgoing and incoming mobility of students, teachers and non-teaching staff.
University of Žilina – Faculty of Management Science and Informatics from Slovakia, with which the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences have signed the Interinstitutional Agreement within the Erasmus+ Teacher Exchange Program.
University of Zagreb – Faculty of Organization and Informatics from Croatia, a long-time partner of the Faculty, with whom there is also an Erasmus+ exchange agreement, but also whose students will be on a three-day visit at the Faculty.
Student organizations ESTIEM and AIESEC will have their stands in the hall of the Faculty, where they will inform students about their projects and programs aimed to develop students abroad.
