FON to Host the International Conference on Excellence in Services – EISIC 2025

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences will host the Excellence in Services International Conference (EISIC) on August 28–29, 2025, in Belgrade.

EISIC, formerly known as the Toulon-Verona Conference, is the longest-running international scientific conference dedicated to service excellence, with a tradition spanning over two decades. Over the years, the conference has broadened its focus from higher education to various domains, including healthcare, public administration, tourism, banking, and logistics.

EISIC 2025 offers a platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge and best practices in service management, with a special emphasis on the role of excellence in today’s turbulent business environment. The conference program includes keynote lectures, parallel sessions, and presentations by researchers from around the world.

We invite members of the academic and professional communities—researchers, faculty, managers, as well as administrative and technical staff—to submit theoretical papers, empirical studies, case studies, and literature reviews focused on service excellence. Abstracts should be sent to Dr. Jacques Martin at jma.martin@wanadoo.fr no later than May 30, 2025. Submission confirmation will be provided promptly. Participants from Serbia, specifically those affiliated with the University of Belgrade, are eligible for a reduced registration fee.

The call for papers and additional information are available on the official conference website: www.eisic.net

Note: Respecting the current situation at universities in Serbia, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, as a proactive institution, continues to regularly carry out all extracurricular activities, which is not in contradiction with the students’ demands that the Faculty fully supports.
