Representatives of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences successfully participated in two international Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) activities held at the end of June and the beginning of July 2026. Participation in these programmes represents another important step towards strengthening the FON’s international cooperation, enhancing the internationalization of teaching, and fostering the exchange of academic experiences with partner institutions.
Within the Erasmus+ BIP programme “The Luxury Alchemist: Fashion Marketing – Luxury, Creativity, and Cultural Impact”, held at ESIC University in Madrid from 22 to 26 June 2026, the FON was represented by Professor Dejana Nikolić and students Martina Krivokapić and Magdalena Majstorović. The programme brought together students from twelve countries across three continents and focused on contemporary approaches to luxury marketing, the fashion industry, and brand management.
During the programme, Professor Dejana Nikolić delivered a series of lectures and interactive workshops on the topic “The Luxury Alchemist: Fashion Marketing – Luxury, Creativity, and Cultural Impact”, focusing on the development of luxury brands in the contemporary global environment. Through the analysis of luxury as a multidimensional concept, special attention was given to building brand experiences, the role of emotions and cultural meaning in branding, as well as the transformation of luxury brands in the digital era. Using examples of leading global fashion and luxury brands, students had the opportunity to explore the concept of “phygital” experiences, the importance of creativity, strong brand narratives, and contemporary positioning strategies in the global market.

Students Martina Krivokapić and Magdalena Majstorović actively participated in all programme activities, which included lectures, workshops, and collaboration within international teams. At the beginning of the programme, international teams were formed, and throughout the week they worked on developing project solutions by applying acquired knowledge in a practical context. The main outcome of their work was the creation of a “Brand Bible” document, which included defining the brand identity, its values, heritage, and positioning strategy within the luxury market. The programme was successfully concluded with public presentations and project defences before the academic committee of ESIC University.

From 28 June to 4 July 2026, representatives of the FON participated in the Erasmus+ BIP programme “Reshape to Sustain: Sustainable Future Enabled by Next Level Digital Transformation”, held in Varaždin. The Faculty was represented by Professor Lena Đorđević Milutinović, Professor Radul Milutinović, and student demonstrators Tamara Deljanin, Radovan Marković, and Nemanja Đukić. The programme focused on developing innovative strategies for a sustainable future through international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and teamwork. Through online and onsite activities, participants analysed user needs, developed innovative solutions, and created sustainable business models based on modern digital technologies. Special emphasis was placed on collaboration within international teams, where students addressed real-world challenges of sustainable digital transformation by applying contemporary teaching methods such as problem-based learning, gamification, and project-based work.

The participation of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences representatives in both Erasmus+ BIP programmes contributed to further strengthening the FON’s international cooperation, exchanging academic and professional experiences, developing students’ and teachers’ professional, analytical, and intercultural competencies, as well as establishing new partnerships that provide a foundation for future joint educational, research, and project-based activities.
