The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) held a ceremony marking the successful completion of the Adizes Leadership Development Course, during which a total of 76 participants received certificates.
The programme was delivered with the involvement of Professor Sandra Jednak, Professor Dejan Petrović, Professor Mladen Čudanov, Professor Miloš Jevtić, and Professor Zorica Mitrović, as part of the collaboration between the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) and the Adizes Institute. FON students were given the opportunity to attend the course, based on the Adizes methodology, free of charge.
Throughout the course, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their leadership competencies, develop teamwork and decision-making skills, and explore approaches to effective organisational change management. The knowledge and tools acquired provide a valuable foundation for their further academic and professional development.
Through the implementation of this programme, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences continues to promote the development of student competencies and strengthen the links between academic education and the evolving needs of the business environment.
