Students from the Hamburg School of Business Administration visited the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FOS), University of Belgrade, hosted a group of 20 students and Professor Christoph Bauer from the partner institution Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA), Hamburg, Germany, on 10 October 2025.

The visit began with welcome remarks by Professor Sandra Jednak, Vice-Dean for International Relations and Finance, and Assistant Professor Nemanja Milanović, who expressed their satisfaction with the continued cooperation between the two institutions. Afterwards, the guests were introduced to the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and its international activities.

During the program, HSBA students had the opportunity to learn more about the work and achievements of FOS student organizations, including the Case Study Club, the Union of Students of FOS, the Debate Club, AIESEC, ESTIEM, FONIS, and SportFON. As part of their tour, they also visited the Research and Development Hub of the Faculty. The visit concluded with informal networking and socializing between students of the two institutions.

This was the second visit of HSBA students to the Faculty of Organizational Sciences — the first one took place in October 2023. The cooperation between HSBA and FOS started on the initiative of Assistant Professor Dr. Nemanja Milanović, who completed his research internship at HSBA during his doctoral studies and is now one of their visiting lecturers. The two institutions have signed an Erasmus+ agreement enabling the exchange of staff and students. In 2025, two master’s students from FOS participated in a one-week educational program on Digital Innovation Lab, while one undergraduate student is currently spending a semester at HSBA in Hamburg.

This study visit further strengthened the partnership between the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and HSBA and encouraged the exchange of experiences between students from Serbia and Germany.
