The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) has signed an institutional cooperation agreement with the Academy of Management (AOM), the leading global association dedicated to advancing the theory, research, and practice of management and organizational sciences.
Founded in 1936, the Academy of Management now brings together over 19,000 members from more than 110 countries, including professors, researchers, and practitioners in the field of management and related disciplines. The organization is renowned for publishing prestigious academic journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, and Academy of Management Journal, as well as for organizing annual conferences and workshops that gather experts from around the world.
This partnership provides FON’s PhD students, researchers, and faculty members with access to a global network of scholars and professionals, academic development programs, AOM’s academic journals, and opportunities to participate in the development of regional academic research and scientific collaboration.
On the occasion of signing the agreement, FON Dean, Prof. Dr. Marko Mihić, stated:
“Collaboration with AOM represents a significant step toward the internationalization and global positioning of FON and opens new opportunities for our students and faculty. We believe this cooperation will contribute to knowledge exchange and the enhancement of our research capacities in the fields of management and organizational sciences.”
As an institutional partner of AOM and FON will actively participate in regional research initiatives and collaborate with academic institutions around the world.
