On Monday and Tuesday, 27 and 28 February 2023, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences was visited by the professors and students from the University of Maribor – Faculty of Logistics from Celje.
At the very beginning, the guests were greeted by the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, Prof. Sandra Jednak, PhD. The introductory speech was followed by a presentation of the University of Belgrade, which was, on behalf of the University, delivered by Mr Nikola Savić, and the presentation of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, delivered by Professor Jednak. The Department of Computer-Integrated Production and Logistics was presented by Prof. Miloš Danilović, PhD. The guests were also addressed by Prof. Nataša Petrović, PhD, who invited students from Slovenia to take part in the SPIN conference, and Prof. Slobodan Antic, PhD, who spoke about the beginnings of cooperation between FOS and the Faculty of Logistics. The University of Maribor and the Faculty of Logistics were presented by the Vice-Dean for Finance and Environmental Cooperation, Prof. Andrej Lisec, PhD, and the student Nejc Podkoritnik.
Representatives of the following student organizations from FOS had the opportunity to present their activities and projects: Student Parliament, Case Study Club, the Union of Students of FOS, FOS Centre for Career Development, FOS Student Association, Debate Club FOS, AIESEC, ESTIEM, FONIS, and SportFON.
During the first day of the visit, guests from Celje visited the Faculty building and were introduced to the work of the Research and Development Centre, presented by Ana Miličević, who is in charge of the implementation of projects and activities within the Center.
On the second day of the visit, students visited the company Milsped, one of the Faculty’s strategic partners, after which they went on a sightseeing tour of Belgrade.
