International Conference on Excellence in Services – EISIC 2025 Officially Opened at FON

At the Faculty of Organizational Sciences today, the international conference Excellence in Services International Conference (EISIC) was opened. The EISIC conference, formerly the Toulon–Verona Conference, is an international scientific gathering dedicated to excellence in services, with a tradition of more than two decades.

FON is this year’s host of this important event, which is being held on August 28 and 29.

At the opening, the participants were addressed by the Dean of FON, Prof. Dr. Marko Mihić, and members of the Program Committee: Dr. Federico Brunetti, Dr. Jacques Martin, and Dr. Ivan Tomašević, Associate Professor at FON.

The invited speaker, Prof. Dr. Dušan Barać, Vice-Dean for Corporate Affairs and Innovations, delivered a lecture on the topic “Excellence in Service Built on the Synergy of Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies.”

The opening was attended by more than 70 participants from 13 countries (Italy, Sweden, Greece, Canada, England, Scotland, France, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, Serbia), who continued with paper presentations and discussions within parallel sessions.

On the second day of the Conference, in addition to the work in sessions, an invited lecture will be held on the topic “Digital Services Excellence in Non-Digital-Savvy Environments and How to Get Close.” The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Milan Dobrota, Founder and CEO of the company Agremo.
