As part of the Erasmus+ project “Projectification and Sustainable Governance of Projects” (PASGOP), from October 2nd to 6th 2022, employees and students of Faculty of Organizational Sciences participated in learning, teaching, and training activities at the Vilnius University in Lithuania.
FOS students Ivana Tomić, Anđela Mladenović and Petar Stanimirović, together with students from Vilnius University and the University of Iceland, worked on practical examples in the field of projectification and sustainable governance of projects as part of Master academic studies. Prof. Dr. Dragan Bjelica, project coordinator on behalf of the University of Belgrade and Prof. Dr. Dejan Petrović participated in working meetings, as well as in the teaching process, where examples of good practice from Serbia were presented.
As part of the teaching activities, a visit to the company in the logistics sector UAB CargoGO Logistics was organized. The headquarters of the company is located in Vilnius, and branches are located in Kaunas, Poland and Germany. UAB CargoGO Logistics has more than 1000 employees and more than 450 trucks and provides local and international goods delivery services. Company director Osvaldas Švitra presented the company’s mission and vision, as well as work modalities, ways to motivate employees and sustainable solutions at UAB CargoGO Logistics.

Danguolė Oželienė, Vilnius University Business School), 3. „Project management and sustainability: preparation of sustainability projects“ (professor Vytautas Pugačevskis, Vilnius University Business School), 4. „Preparation of a sustainable project on the example of CargoGo – leadership in sustainability projects“ (professor Andrius Valickas, Vilnius University Business School), 5. „Project benefits of co-creation in the fishing sector: stakeholder involvement and integration of sustainable development“ (PhD student Ingibjorg Karlsdotir, University of Iceland), 6. “Analysis of thermal solutions modalities and sustainability on Iceland” (Anna Marija Wagner, University of Iceland), 7. “Disruptive innovations and project sustainability” (Prof. Dr. Dragan Bjelica, University of Belgrade), 8. Case study “Is it easy to apply sustainable solutions?” (prof. Dr. Dejan Petrović, University of Belgrade).
