The delegation from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, comprised of Professor Dr. Milan Martić, Dean; Professor Dr. Sandra Jednak, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation; Professor Dr. Dušan Savić, Vice-Dean for Undergraduate Studies; and Professor Dr. Marko Mihić, Vice-dean for strategic development and corporate affairs, visited the University of Rijeka – Faculty of Economics and Business from April 11th to April 12th, 2024.
During the two-day visit, a meeting was held with the management of the Faculty of Economics and Business, consisting of Professor Dr. Saša Drezgić, Dean; professor dr. Ana Bobinac, Vice-dean for Science and Research; Professor Dr. Vesna Buterin, Vice-dean for Cooperation with Business Community and Affairs; Associate Professor Dr. Saša Čegar, Vice-dean for Internationalization and Sustainable Development; and Associate Professor Dr. Ivan Gržeta, Vice-dean for Quality Assurance and Student Affairs. The meeting discussed collaboration on publishing scientific papers in journals issued by the respective institutions, mutual participation in conferences, exchange of faculty, students, and staff within Erasmus+ and CEEPUS programs, collaboration and joint application for EU and other projects, cooperation in the development of lifelong learning programs, joint development and commercialization of applicable business solutions, and more.
The FON delegation toured the facilities and familiarized themselves with the capacities of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Additionally, they visited the University of Rijeka Campus, which includes specially designated rooms for accommodating visiting professors and students, as well as the Student Center.
