The Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, has successfully received funding under the Western Balkans Fund MOVE call for the implementation of a joint project titled “Environmental Management”, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica.
As part of the project activities, Prof. Dr. Nataša Petrović visited Podgorica from June 2nd to 6th, 2025, where she delivered a lecture titled “Eco-Marketing and Ecological Labeling”, and conducted an interactive challenge for students called “Green EF: Solutions for Sustainable Practices.” These activities were organized in cooperation with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milica Muhadinović with the aim of encouraging students to develop innovative solutions for improving waste management systems and reducing the Faculty’s carbon footprint, in celebration of World Environment Day on June 5th.
As part of the reciprocal visit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milica Muhadinović stayed at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences from June 9th to 13th, 2025. During her visit, she became more acquainted with the Faculty’s activities and held discussions with Prof. Dr. Sandra Jednak, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and Finance, regarding opportunities to expand institutional cooperation and plan future joint initiatives.
During her visit to FON, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhadinović also delivered a lecture titled “Circular Economy and Sustainable Development Goals” for undergraduate students enrolled in the courses Environmental Management and Eco-Marketing.
As a result of the project, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, and the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro.
This project marks an important step in strengthening regional cooperation and knowledge exchange in the fields of sustainable development, environmental protection, and the circular economy.
