Six undergraduate and master’s students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, together with professors Jelena Anđelković Labrović and Ivana Kovačević, participated in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) titled „PHRONESIS: Empower HR: Develop and Enhance Employability Skills in Business Students”, held from May 12 to May 18, 2024, at the University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece.
This one-week program involved solving case studies in the field of human resources for 6 companies by teams consisting of 42 students under the mentorship of professors from 9 universities: University of Thessaly from Greece, West university of Timisoara from Romania, University of Porto from Portugal, Kaunas University of Technology from Lithuania, Avans University of Applied Sciences from the Netherlands, University of Belgrade from Serbia, University of Toronto from Canada, Academy of Economics Studies from Moldova and Neapolis University Pafos from Cyprus. These programs enhance international cooperation, encourage the sharing of knowledge and ideas, and contribute to the understanding of different cultures.
An added value to this international educational program was the visit historical, cultural and religious sites in Greece as part of the program. During the tour of Larissa, the participants experienced the antiquity of the city dating back to the time of the Romans.
