This year Faculty of Organizational Sciences offers the international summer programme: Data Empowering Business which will take place at FON campus in Belgrade in the period 10-15 of July 2023.
FON Summer School 2023 provides final-year undergraduates and master’s students with the opportunity to enhance their academic and practical skills in the fields of management and organization, data science, information systems and technologies, and other relevant STEM fields.
The program includes interactive and hands-on workshops designed to take participants through the full lifecycle of a data science project. While working in teams on a real-life business case study, participants go through the phases of understanding the business problem, visualization, data preparation and analysis, modelling, application of appropriate models, and finally they propose data-driven improvements for company business. The lecturers and workshops are delivered by renowned professors from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, recognized industry experts, and company representatives.
Besides the time dedicated to workshops and teamwork, the program is developed to provide participants with opportunities for social activities, excursions, exploring Belgrade and its rich historical heritage, cultural, and entertainment offerings.
Being a part of FON Summer School, participants will have the opportunity to create lasting friendships with like-minded students from other countries, gain 3 ECTS credits and receive FON Certificate of Attendance and SAS Digital Badge of completion for Visual Analytics 1 for SAS Viya: Basics.
