The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) has signed an institutional partnership agreement with the Academy of Management (AOM), a leading global association dedicated to advancing theory, research, and practice in the field of management and organizational sciences.
Founded in 1936, the Academy of Management today brings together over 19,000 members from more than 110 countries, including professors, researchers, and practitioners in management and related disciplines. The organization is renowned for publishing prestigious academic journals, including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, and Academy of Management Journal, as well as for organizing annual conferences and workshops that gather experts from around the world.
This partnership provides FON’s doctoral students, researchers, and academic staff with access to a global network of scholars and professionals, academic capacity-building programs, AOM journals, and the opportunity to engage in the development of regional academic research and scientific collaboration.
On the occasion of signing the agreement, the Dean of FON, Prof. Dr. Marko Mihić, stated: “Cooperation with AOM represents a significant step towards the internationalization and global positioning of FON and opens new opportunities for our students and academic staff. We believe this partnership will foster knowledge exchange and strengthen our research capacities in the field of management and organizational sciences.”
As an institutional partner of AOM, FON will actively participate in regional research and collaborate with academic institutions worldwide.
