At the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, we cultivate knowledge and skills that our students can apply in practice, preparing them to become agents of change in a rapidly evolving world.

The Development Strategy of FON
The Development strategy of FON for the period 2023-2033 represents the most significant multi-year strategic and planning document guiding the institution’s developmental direction. Throughout all phases of drafting this document, an intensive consultative process was conducted, involving various stakeholders such as faculty bodies, teaching and professional staff, student organization representatives, students, representatives of founders, and others.
In the upcoming period, the Faculty will implement activities and achieve goals in the following strategic areas:
